SAMBO A&T co.,LTD, SB Solution Co., Ltd., Sambo Pratech Co., Ltd. acquired 14.18% stake in Sambo Motors Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A053700) from Lee Yeon-sung and Lee Heon for KRW 6.5 billion on March 26, 2020. The offer per share is KRW 2720. Under the terms of the deal, SAMBO A&T co.,LTD first acquired 0.7 million shares from Lee Yeon-sung and then acquired 0.9 million shares from Lee Heon, Sambo Pratech Co., Ltd. acquired 0.41 million shares from Lee Heon and SB Solution Co., Ltd. acquired 0.37 million shares from Lee Yeon-sung of Sambo Motors. Post completion of the deal, Lee Yeon-sung will be left with 0.021 million shares and Lee Heon will be left with no shares of Sambo Motors. SAMBO A&T co.,LTD funded the deal with self funds of KRW 1.9 billion (working capital) and borrowings of KRW 2.4 billion (from Daegu Bank Seongseo Industrial Complex), Sambo Pratech Co., Ltd. funded the deal with self funds of KRW 1.1 billion (working capital) and SB Solution Co., Ltd. funded the deal with self funds of approximately KRW 1 billion (working capital). SAMBO A&T co.,LTD took a borrowing of KRW 4 billion from Daegu Bank Seongseo Industrial Complex.

SAMBO MOTORS CO., LTD is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture of automobile components together with its subsidiaries. The Companyâs products portfolio consists of transmission parts including carrier plates, automatic plates, shaft assembly clutch release forks, rings, covers and center supports; engine parts including water pipes, oil screens, oil level gauges, heater pipes, stays and others, as well as fuel parts including fuel filler necks. The Companyâs main clients are KIA MOTORS, GM DAWOO, HYUNDAI MOTORS, HYUNDAI MOBIS and others. It distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. On January 30, 2013, the Company established a new wholly owned subsidiary in Korea, engaged in the automobile parts and other items, to acquire Placor Co., Ltd.
