VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

AWARD OF A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

This announcement is published on a voluntary basis to keep the shareholders and potential investors informed of the latest business development of Sam Woo Construction Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to inform that the Group has recently been awarded a construction contract for the foundation for public housing development in East Kowloon area. The contract sum is expected to be in the region of HK$250 million, subject to re-measurement of the quantities based on the actual workdone. The construction works are expected to be completed in mid-2022.

The Board wishes to confirm that no forecast or prediction of the profits of the Group has been made with regard to the award of the construction contract.

Shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
