Re : Notification of the dividend payment and the book closing date of Sala @ Sathorn Property Fund (SSPF)

Krungsri Asset Management Co., Ltd., as the Management Company of Sala @ Sathorn Property Fund (SSPF) (the "Fund"), would like to inform you about the dividend payment of the Fund for operation period from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 and book closing date of the Fund to entitle the unit-holders' rights. The details are as follow;

1. That the dividend payment at the rate of Baht 0.1540 per unit, the payment date will be on September 22, 2022.
2. That the closing date of registered book to determine the right to receive dividends will be set on September 12, 2022.
