Sakai Heavy Industries, Ltd. announced year-end dividend of JPY 195.00 per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024 against JPY 120.00 per share paid a year ago. Scheduled date to commence dividend payments is June 28, 2024.
SAKAI HEAVY INDUSTRIES, LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of road paving equipment, as well as road maintenance and repair equipment. The Company is mainly engaged in the design, manufacture, sale and repair of construction equipment, industrial machinery and related parts, the purchase and sale of used construction equipment, as well as the design, construction, supervision and contracting of road pavement and repair work.
