Saint-Gobain today announced two acquisitions in the non-residential flooring market.

The first acquisition concerns R.SOL, a French producer of resin-based flooring solutions, employing around 30 people.

This acquisition broadens Saint-Gobain's portfolio thanks to R.SOL's wide range of diversified resins, differentiating technology and large customer base. Completion of the transaction is expected by the end of the 1st half of 2024.

The second acquisition concerns Technical Finishes, presented as 'a leading player in resin flooring solutions in South Africa'. The company employs around 90 people and will strengthen Saint-Gobain's profitable growth profile in South Africa and the rest of the African continent.

Both operations will generate significant synergies by perfectly complementing the existing Weber brand offering. The combined sales of the two companies would be around 20 ME in 2023.
