The Board of Directors of S&T Bancorp, Inc. approved a $0.32 per share cash dividend on January 25, 2023. This is an increase of $0.03, or 10.3%, compared to a cash dividend of $0.29 in the same period in the prior year. The annualized yield using the January 24, 2023 closing price of $32.37 is 4.0%.
The dividend is payable February 23, 2023 to shareholders of record on February 10, 2023.
S&T Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company. The Companyâs segments include Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial and Industrial (C&I), Commercial Construction, Business Banking, Consumer Real Estate and Other Consumer. The CRE segment includes loans secured by commercial purpose real estate, including both owner-occupied properties and investment properties for various purposes such as hotels, retail, multifamily and healthcare.
