Ryan Specialty Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:RYAN) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire AccuRisk Holdings, LLC from Ardonagh Global Partners and Amynta Agency Inc. for $98.3 million on October 29, 2023. As of October 30, 2023, AccuRisk generated the revenue of $25 million for the period ended July 31, 2023. The transaction is expected to close in December 2023. As of November 3, 2023 the transaction is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2023.

Ryan Specialty Holdings, Inc. is a service provider of specialty products and solutions for insurance brokers, agents, and carriers. The Company provides distribution, underwriting, product development, administration, and risk management services by acting as a wholesale broker and a managing underwriter with delegated authority from insurance carriers. For retail insurance brokers, it assists in the placement of complex or otherwise hard-to-place risks. For insurance carriers, it works with retail and wholesale insurance brokers to source, onboard, underwrite, and service these same risks.
