RugVista Group AB (publ) announced that on May 31, a symbolic ceremony was held for Rugvista's new headquarters at Lodgatan 11 in Malmö, which is expected to be completed by the summer of 2025. The new 13,700 sqm facility will bring headquarters, warehouse, and logistics operations under one roof, allowing to streamline and optimize all parts of business in a functional and scalable way. The strategic location in the central harbor, close to highways and Malmö city center, ensures efficient logistics solutions and offers an attractive setting for employees.

The facility is being constructed by Catena and will be environmentally certified according to BREEAM, with a solar power system installed on the roof.
