RPCG Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Sobhon Homcheon as Independent Director, Member of the Audit Committee and Member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee

RPCG Public Company Limited announced that Mr. Sobhon Homcheon has resigned from the independent director, member of the audit committee and member of the nominating and remuneration committee of the company due to his other business engagements which cause him unable to in charge in this position. The resignation will be effective from September 1, 2016 onwards.
