RPCG Public Company Limited ("RPC") would like to inform the resolutions of the company's board of directors' meeting No. 3/2016 held on May 12, 2016 as following:

1. Acknowledged the resignation of Mr.Somchai Sirirojvisuth as an Independent Director, Member of the Audit Committee and Member of the nomination and Remuneration Committee Director of the Company resigned from his position due to his other business engagement, effective from May 16, 2016 onwards.

2. Approved the appointment of Mr.Chamni Janchai as an Independent Director, Member of the Audit Committee and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee Director to replacement of Mr.Somchai Sirirojvisuth, the appointment is effective from May 16, 2016 onwards.
