Company Rollins Truck Leasing

Rollins Truck Leasing Corp., through its principal subsidiary Rollins Leasing Corp., is engaged primarily in full-service truck leasing and rentals. All of the Company's operations currently are conducted within the United States and Canada. Full-service leasing accounts for the major portion of Rollins' revenues. Under these leases, Rollins purchases vehicles and components that are custom-engineered to the customer's requirements.
