RLH Properties, S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 1,321.94 million compared to MXN 1,452.71 million a year ago. Revenue was MXN 1,851.63 million compared to MXN 2,005.53 million a year ago. Net loss was MXN 131.69 million compared to net income of MXN 77.85 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.12 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of MXN 0.23 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was MXN 3,065.12 million compared to MXN 3,611.94 million a year ago. Revenue was MXN 4,273.18 million compared to MXN 4,686.07 million a year ago. Net loss was MXN 42.31 million compared to net income of MXN 206.78 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.04 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of MXN 0.19 a year ago.
