Rise Consulting Group Inc is engaged in management consulting business. In the consulting business, the Company develops consulting services that commit to solving customer problems with Hands-on. In addition, in order to respond to issues that change during the project, the Company does not set a clear scope and basically makes consulting contracts in the form of tackling issues. In the strategy formulation stage, the client solves problems by proposing concepts and service proposals that support proof of concept (PoC) and execution, and in the execution stage, by responding to each issue and substituting employees with Scopeless. There are four consulting service approaches including Hands on Style, Scopeless, More than Reports, and Professionals.
