Ridge-i Inc. (TSE:5572) agreed to acquire 53.77% stake in Star Music Entertainment Inc. from Yuhei Watanabe for ¥700 million on June 6, 2024. A cash consideration of ¥701 million will be paid by Ridge-i Inc. As part of consideration, ¥701 million is paid towards common equity of Star Music Entertainment Inc.

The expected completion of the transaction is June 14, 2024.
