Monthly Consolidated Sales Report -January 2015

Hsinchu, Taiwan, February 6, 2015 - Richtek reported today that January 2015 consolidated net sales was around NT$ 1,118 million, up 21.56% from a year ago, and up 18.17% from December.

Ms. Lorna-Li Yao, Spokesperson, noted that with steady growth in new product shipments, Richtek's January revenue has grown significantly compared to the same period last year.
