Monthly Consolidated Sales Report -August 2014

Hsinchu, Taiwan, September 9, 2014 - Richtek reported today that August 2014 consolidated net sales was around NT$ 1,028 million, up 10.67% from a year ago, and up 2.68% from July.

Ms. Lorna-Li Yao, Spokesperson, noted that the increase in August revenue was a result of stable customer demand.
