Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. acquired four industrial properties comprising approximately 0.4 million rentable square feet located within Southern California in the company’s San Fernando Valley, Mid-Counties and Inland Empire West submarkets (the “Properties”), for a contract price of approximately $86.3 million, exclusive of closing costs. The acquisition of the Properties was funded through the issuance of 1,800,000 common units of limited partnership interests in the Operating Partnership. In connection with the acquisition of the Properties, the company and the operating partnership agreed to provide the seller and certain permitted transferees with customary indemnification in connection with certain taxable transfers of the Properties.
