Due to the expected impact of a winter storm in the upper Northwest, Frontier Airlines has enacted guidelines for travel to, from or through Portland, Ore.; Seattle; and Spokane, Wash. This policy applies to customers scheduled to travel Jan. 17 or 18, 2012, who purchased tickets on or before Jan. 17, 2012.

Customers who have already started their travel may make one itinerary change. Rules and restrictions regarding standard change fees, advance purchase, day or time applications, blackouts, and minimum or maximum stay requirements have been waived. Origin and destination cities must remain the same. Changes must be made by midnight, Jan. 18, 2012, and travel completed by Jan. 25, 2012.

Customers who have not begun travel may make one change to their travel plans without a change fee by Jan. 18, 2012. All rescheduled travel may be subject to higher fares if it does not meet original rule or booking class.
