Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE - RFR) (OTCQB- RFHRF) (FSE-9RR) ('Renforth' or the 'Company') wishes to inform shareholders that the fall 2023 exploration program on Surimeau has commenced with the stripping of the copper discovery of the Beaupre showing.

Drilling is planned for the central portion of the Victoria mineralized horizon; The program is expected to start later this month.

The Beaupre showing was discovered near a logging road in the NE part of the Surimeau property by SOQUEM, which obtained an 8% copper grab sample and was verified by Renforth with a 3.59% grab sample. The grab samples are specific and preferentially selected, and therefore not representative of all the mineralization hosted in veins, which occurs in the form of copper mineralization hosted in veins containing chalcopyrite and bornite over 165 m at surface and then disappears under a thicker layer of overburden. The Beaupre discovery is a first-of-its-kind discovery, located near the regional structure of the Cadillac Fault, with no historical data or geophysical signature in the available surveys. However, there is evidence of very old blasting activities. Renforth will wash the exposed shear zone and remove overburden along strike and into a cross-bank to better characterize the copper showing and identify parallel veins, if any, that occur in the pickled cross-bank.

McCart Nickel Exploration Program Completed

Renforth geologists have completed an initial prospecting campaign on the McCart property, located near Iroquois Falls, Ontario. The property contains three bands of wide ridges trending NE/SW, these can be divided into northern, central-south and southern portions of the property. Many traverses have been made by targeting these ridges using satellite photos to identify potential outcrop locations. The northern bands consist of ultra-mafic and mafic volcanics with locally up to 5% coarse clots and stronger pyrrhotite and pyrite disseminations in the ultra-mafics. The south-central ridges are made up of interspersed ultra-mafic and mafic volcanic lenses. Many outcrops contained narrow quartz-albite stringers, one of which contained a large clot of chalcopyrite and bornite. The southern part of the property supports a third set of broad NE-SW trending ridges composed mainly of cushioned basalts and narrow interlayers of ultra-mafic. Many small historical blasting pits have been identified in this area. All pits contained serpentine veins with chrysotile along fractures and cushioned edges. Samples were selected in the field and submitted for analysis; Results will be reported upon receipt.

Parbec Gold Deposit Update

Renforth has retained the services of Martin Demers, PGeo (OGQ), to reshape the Parbec gold deposit using the results of the 15,000 m drilled following the 2019 resource calculation.

This process is about halfway there. To date, Mr. Demers has interpreted a pivotal fold in the Pontiac that has allowed the emplacement of diorites, associated with the higher-grade gold on Parbec. The hinge fold is part of a new structural interpretation of the Parbec gold deposit that includes observations and modelling to better understand and predict the location and geometry of the gold zones.

Demers works on horizontal planes. This view provides an understanding of the true orientation of the gold lenses, aided by the tight and steady drilling pattern on Parbec, especially in the first hundred metres of surface. This modelling is carried out in order to understand the geometry of the Parbec gold deposit and to identify the lateral and descending extensions of the mineralized zones.

The use of contour planes highlights the presence of flat, offset lenses that thicken. This is different from the previous model which used vertical sections, perpendicular to the Cadillac Fault, and influenced the model created. Once this redesign is complete, the resulting information will be available on Renforth's website.

Surimeau Prospecting Update

Renforth is still awaiting receipt of all assay results from the pegmatite prospecting campaign that took place last August and discovered new mineralization north of the Lalonde target. Once completed, the data will be forwarded to Dr. Selway for interpretation of the results and will be made public thereafter.

A propos de Renforth

Renforth is a secure area company known for its varied mineral resources where it holds a dominant position south of the Cadillac-Larder Lake Fault, a world-class structure in the prolific Cadillac and Malartic mining camps in Abitibi, Quebec. Renforth's mining properties in this area encompass several areas of interest, including gold, zinc, nickel, copper, cobalt as well as lithium and several other minerals of interest.

Renforth's position is unique in that properties in the area are accessible by road, have on-site hydroelectricity, and are in an established and secure mining jurisdiction that consistently ranks among the top 10 in the world according to the Fraser Institute.

Renforth is engaged in active exploration of metal/battery mineralization on Surimeau, working towards an initial resource calculation, as well as reshaping our Parbec gold deposit to incorporate the 15,000 m drilled after the effective date in 2019 of the last resource calculation.
