On May 14, 2018, Douglas Osrow gave notice of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of Remark Holdings, Inc. to pursue other opportunities, effective May 15, 2018. The board of directors has formed a search committee and has initiated a search process for a new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Osrow will serve as a consultant to Remark through the remainder of 2018 to ensure a successful transition.

The Company is engaged in a diversified global technology business with artificial intelligence (AI)-powered analytics, computer vision and smart agent solutions delivered through an integrated suite of AI tools.
