Walldorf, February 9, 2015 - The technology consultancy REALTECH will have two booths at CeBIT, the world's premier IT event to be held between March 16 and 20 in Hanover, Germany: The company will join Microsoft at its booth in hall 4, A26 to showcase an application that allows decision-makers to intuitively analyze and visualize SAP data from the cloud. An in hall 9, booth G10, IT professional will have the opportunity to explore their career options at "Job and Career at CeBIT 2015" fair.

Working closely with software giant Microsoft, the IT consultants will be presenting a solution for intuitive Business Intelligence (BI). REALTECH has developed an application that enables decision-makers to quickly and easily access the latest information they need. The data is stored in the Microsoft Cloud and made available through an existing interface in Microsoft Power BI. Users can select and analyze the SAP data themselves and visualize it according to their needs. This speeds up the process of collecting data, gathering insights, and making informed decisions.

When a decision-maker steps in front of the screen, he or she will be automatically authenticated. The underlying Kinect technology - which was originally developed for the Microsoft Xbox gaming console - is capable of using facial recognition to identify a person. Once authenticated, users are given access to the data and information that is relevant to them. They interact with the application through natural language control and gestures. Decision makers can easily and directly ask questions. Depending on the question and the available data, the application will then determine the answer and visualize it on the screen. Once the decision maker steps away from the screen, he or she will be automatically logged out.

But the world's premier IT event is not dedicated to business alone. It is also the IT industry's foremost career platform. One in every two industry professionals attending the event takes the chance to learn more about professional development and career opportunities. For this reason, REALTECH will be exhibiting at the "Job and Career Fair" hosted by the German weekly "Computerwoche" in hall 9. Graduates and professionals can engage with REALTECH's human resource specialists and talk to them directly. "This gives graduates a chance to quickly and easily gain insights into the IT industry in general and REALTECH in particular. And even though most professionals are not actively looking for a new job, they like to stay up to date on their career options," said REALTECH's Head of HR Nicole Mamier in outlining the benefits for IT professionals. In addition to providing visitors with information on their career opportunities, the "Jobs and Career Fair" also features a variety of panel discussions and presentations.
