will own 98% stake and Naeem Holding Company For Investments (S.A.E - Free Zone) will own no stake in NAEEM CONSULTING SERVICES. Reacap Financial Investments Co.'s board approved the transaction. As of December 31, 2019, shareholders of Reacap have approved the acquisition.
