Re-Match Holding A/S has signed a loan agreement with two Dutch funds. The loan, which was specified in the company's IPO, will go towards the construction of the new factory in Tiel, the Netherlands. As the completion of Re-Match's recycling facility in the Netherlands is within view, the final stretch of the financing is now also in place with the loan of EUR 4.5 million granted by Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij Oost-Nederland N.V. (East Netherlands Development Agency) and Nationaal Groenfonds (Dutch National Fund for Green Investments).

Together with the EUR 4.5 million grant (DEI++ subsidy) from the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate in second quarter, Re- Match has now fully financed the building of the Dutch factory with domestic capital.
