According to the Board of Directors' Meeting of Ratchaphruek Hospital Public
Company Limited (the Company) which adopted a resolution to call for the 2022
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on April 22nd, 2022 at 13.30
p.m., to be held at Ratchaphruek Hospital (Grand Meeting Room, 13th Floor), 456
Moo 14 Mittraparp Road, Muang, Khon Kaen.
The Company will published the invitation letter for the AGM 2022, which is
available for consideration on its website (www.rph.co.th), in Investor
Relations Section, publish document and download Content,
https://rph.co.th/investor-relations/ar/ On April 1, 2022 onward, along with all
supporting documents. The invitation letters will be sent to every person whose
name appeared in the registration book shareholder on March 11, 2021. Moreover,
the Company has provided an opportunity to submit question in advance to
Company Secretary Office from now until April 20, 2022.
