Rosehill Group acquired Tuscany Bay Apartments in Southeast Orlando from RAIT Financial Trust (NYSE:RAS) for $36.7 million on January 6, 2017. Brad Williamson of Berkadia's arranged a $30.5 million acquisition and rehabilitation loan for Tuscany Bay on behalf of Rosehill Group. The financing was sourced from Freddie Mac's Value-Add and Green Up programs. Greystar will take over property management of Tuscany Bay Apartments. Rosehill Group completed the acquisition of Tuscany Bay Apartments in Southeast Orlando from RAIT Financial Trust (NYSE:RAS) on January 6, 2017.
