In a related transaction, Rosehill Group acquired Tuscany Bay Apartments in Southeast Orlando from RAIT Financial Trust (NYSE:RAS) for $36.7 million. The gross proceeds received from the sale of three apartment properties in Florida, Nevada and Texas and, Tuscany Bay Apartments was $109.2 million. The three apartment properties in Florida, Nevada and Texas were sold in the period from December 2016 through January 6, 2017. A unknown buyer completed the acquisition of three apartment properties in Florida, Nevada and Texas from RAIT Financial Trust (NYSE:RAS) on January 6, 2017.
