Rain Industries Limited announced that Interim dividend on equity shares at the rate of INR 1.00 per equity share (i.e., 50% on a face value of INR 2/- per equity share fully paid up) for the financial year ending December 31, 2022 will be paid to shareholders on August 24, 2022. Fixed August 12, 2022 as record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible for receipt of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year ending December 31., 2022.
