Rafael Microelectronics, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 320.09 million compared to TWD 282.63 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 45.04 million compared to TWD 55.74 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.51 compared to TWD 1.89 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.48 compared to TWD 1.86 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 563.21 million compared to TWD 543.3 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 64.89 million compared to TWD 94.35 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.18 compared to TWD 3.2 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.13 compared to TWD 3.15 a year ago.
Rafael Microelectronics, Inc. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in design, manufacture and sales of radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs) and integrated RF systems. The Company's main products are RFICs, including RF tuners, LNB outdoor units and satellite-related ICs. Its products are widely used in set-top boxes for TV, digital cable, terrestrial broadcasting andsatellite, as well as satellite front-end receiving systems and wireless RF transmission systems. The Company distributes its products within domestic markets and to overseas markets.
