(Alliance News) - Racing Force Spa announced Thursday a wide-ranging partnership with Team Brady, owned by U.S. football star Tom Brady, which from this year will race in the new UIM E1 World Championship, the first electric powerboat series. For this racing effort, Team Brady has chosen OMP, Bell Racing and Racing Spirit products, brands of the group.

Team Brady's drivers, world powerboat champion Sam Coleman and motor racing expert Emma Kimiläinen, will use OMP racewear derived from the brand's experience in four-wheel racing, with a kit including fireproof suit, gloves, shoes and underwear. "Among the key points of the long-term collaboration between Racing Force Group and Team Brady is the idea of developing a suit with specific solutions for motorsports, which can further raise the level of performance and comfort required by this motorsport discipline," reads the company's statement.

Coleman and Kimiläinen will also wear Bell Racing's MAG-10 jet helmet, which is already homologated for motorsports competition and equipped with a microphone and speaker for cockpit-to-team communications during race sessions.

Team Brady personnel on the race fields will wear Racing Spirit technical apparel, which incorporates OMP's know-how and passion into garments and accessories such as polo shirts, jackets and backpacks. The E1 World Championship and Team Brady represent an ideal showcase for the Racing Spirit brand, which in addition to being appreciated in motorsport has found popularity in the nautical sector thanks to its technical features.

The 2024 edition of the UIM E1 World Championship will kick off in Saudi Arabia, with the Jeddah Grand Prix on February 2-3. It will be followed by events in Venice, Puerto Banús in Spain, Geneva, Switzerland, Monaco, Rotterdam in the Netherlands and Hong Kong.

Racing Force is up 2.4 percent to EUR5.12 per share.
