Empresas Copec S.A. (SNSE:COPEC) acquired service stations in La Dehesa, San Felipe, San Jose de Mariquita, Pucon and Rancagua from Quiñenco S.A. (SNSE:QUINENCO) effective December 15, 2016. The Supreme Court ordered Quinenco to disinvest 61 of the total 200 fuel stations that it acquired when it took over Colombian firm Terpel in 2013.
