Kvadra Generiruyushchaya kompaniya : “Quadra - Power Generation” Enters into Syndicated Credit Agreement for RUR 7.5 bn

PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation' entered into a syndicated non-revolving facility agreement with Gazprombank (Bank GPB (JSC)) and Sberbank RF (PJSC 'Savings Bank'), with the total drawdown limit of RUR 7.5 bn. The transaction was approved by the resolution of the annual general meeting of shareholders of PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation' in June 2016.

This agreement is considered as a transaction associated* with the credit agreements/contracts concluded earlier between PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation' and the banks GPB and Sberbank.

*The transaction price includes the total amount of the raised funds from Gazprombank (Bank GPB (JSC)) and Sberbank RF (PJSC 'Savings Bank') under the credit agreements/contracts concluded earlier (RUR 33.8 bn) and under a new non-revolving facility agreement, as well as interest for the whole period of using credits and amount of commission/fees related with issue and service of these credit obligations. The time limit of using the funds is before 31 December 2024.
