AquaEasy Pte. Ltd. announced that it expects to receive SGD 1 million in funding from Qian Hu Corporation Limited

AquaEasy Pte. Ltd. announced that it will receive SGD 1,000,000 in a round of funding on December 20, 2021. The company has signed agreement with the investor.

The company will issue unsecured convertible loan in the transaction. The transaction includes participation from new investor Qian Hu Corporation Limited. The loan bear interest at 5% per annum.

The loan will mature on June 30, 2023. The transaction is expected to close in January 2022.

The principal activities of the Company are those relating to the import, export, farming, breeding and distribution of ornamental fishes and aquarium and pet accessories. Its segments include Fish, Accessories, Plastics and Others. The Fish segment includes fish farming, breeding, distribution, and trading of ornamental and edible fish/seafood. The Accessories segment includes manufacturing and distribution of aquarium and pet accessories. The Plastics segment includes the manufacturing and distribution of plastic bags. It has business activities ranging from the breeding of Dragon Fish to farming, importing, exporting, and distributing of over 1,000 species and varieties of ornamental fish. It farms fingerlings of Grouper variants, such as Humpback Groupers, Coral Trout and Hybrid Giant Groupers primarily for the China market. It exports ornamental fish to approximately 80 countries.
