PWC Capital Inc. to Pay Quarterly Dividend on Class “B” Preferred Shares December 3rd 2015

PWC Capital Inc. (TSX:PWC) will pay a quarterly cash dividend on its outstanding Class “B” Preferred Shares (“Class B Shares”) on December 31, 2015 at the rate of $0.42 per Class B Share (or $1.68 per Class B Share on an annualized basis).

The dividend to which this notice relates is payable on December 31, 2015 to Class “B” Preferred Shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2015, and is an eligible dividend for tax purposes.

PWC’s Class “B” Preferred Shares trade on the TSX under the symbol PWC.PR.B.
