JSC Ruspolymet (MICEX:RUSP) agreed to acquire 10% stake in Delta OOO for RUB 0.01 million on October 19, 2012. The Board of Directors of Ruspolymet approved the transaction.

JSC Ruspolymet (MICEX:RUSP) cancelled the acquisition of 10% stake in Delta OOO on October 19, 2013.
