PT Tridomain Performance Materials is an Indonesia-based holding company of four chemical manufacturing companies: Eternal Buana Chemical Industries (EBCI), Eterindo Nusa Graha (ENG), Tridomain Chemicals, Petronika (PNK). The Company is engaged in specialty materials. EBCI is a specialty functional materials manufacturing and is located in an approximately 16.2 hectares (ha) facility in Tangerang, West Java (Indonesia). ENG is engaged in the production of plasticizers and specialty functional materials, and is located in Gresik, East Java (Indonesia). TDC is the sole producer of Acrylamide in Southeast Asia and a specialty producer focused on developing and manufacturing higher-value-added products. PNK is owned 80% by the Company and 20% by PT Petrokimia Gresik (SOE) and is a dedicated facility for the production of plasticizers. The Company's product series include Waterbased Resins, Solvent Based Coating Resins, Unsaturated Polyester Resins, Plasticizers and Acrylamides.
