PT Pakuan, Tbk announced earnings results for the half year ended June 30, 2021. For the half year, the company announced sales was IDR 6,916.558 million compared to IDR 5,831.454 million a year ago. Operating loss was IDR 12,784.235 million compared to IDR 1,970.734 million a year ago. Net loss was IDR 31,901.460 million compared to IDR 10,796.751 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was IDR 26.36 compared to IDR 8.92 a year ago.
PT. Pakuan Tbk is an Indonesia-based company that is engaged in providing accommodation, real estate, other sports and recreational activities, and construction. The Companyâs segments include Golf dan restaurant, Hotel, Swimming pool, Real estate (Joint Operation), and Real estate (Non-Joint Operation). The Company is the management of an international standard 18-hole golf course; hotel and resort; restaurant, and swimming pool, which is known as Sawangan Golf, Hotel & Resort. It is focused on constructing a housing project under the name Shila at Sawangan covering an area of approximately 92 hectares in the Sawangan area, Depok.
