PT Emos Global Digital announced that it expects to receive IDR 11.5 billion in funding from PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk.

PT Emos Global Digital announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of Rp 11,500,000,000 on June 26, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investors PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (IDX:EPMT) and PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. (IDX:KLBF).

As a result, the company's share capital will increase from Rp 25,000,000,000 to Rp 36,500,000,000. Upon completion, PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (IDX:EPMT) will own 55% and PT Kalbe Farma Tbk. (IDX:KLBF) will own 45%.
