Rotterdam, 23 April 2024 - Pryme N.V. - New share capital issued 

Pryme N.V. (the "Company") refers to its announcement on 25 March 2024 regarding
a private placement of 12,672,933 new shares in the Company (the "New Shares")
and to the resolution by the extraordinary general meeting of the Company on 9
April 2024 to issue the New Shares. 

The issuance of 2,052,156 of the New Shares has today taken place in a notarial
deed and filed with the Dutch Register of Business Enterprises. These new shares
will be delivered and tradeable on Euronext Growth Oslo on 24 April 2024. 

The Company's registered share capital following today's issuance of shares is
EUR 2,521,928.60, divided into 50,438,572 shares, each with a par value of EUR
0.05.

The subscriber to the remaining 10,620,777 New Shares of the private placement,
Taranis Investment Limited ("Taranis"), has paid the subscription amount. Once
Taranis has opened its VPS share register account, these shares will also be
issued. The Company will notify the market in a separate announcement when the
Taranis shares have been issued.
