Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited Announces Cessation of Lau Tom Ko Yuen as Managing Director

The board of directors of Prosperity Investment Holdings Limited (Company) announced that Mr. Lau Tom Ko Yuen (Mr. Lau), who became executive Director, and Managing Director, has been re-designated as a non-executive Director, and therefore ceases to act as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 10 June 2021.
