Procore Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:PCOR) completed the acquisition of Unearth Technologies, Inc. for $6.8 million on September 15, 2023. The value of developed technology acquired was $9.2 million, which is comprised of $6.8 million of cash paid to Unearth, $2.3 million as a result of the tax consequences of the transaction, and capitalized transaction expenses, which were immaterial.
