Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund Announces Dividend for Period from October 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, Payable on March 5, 2021

Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund announced that the dividend for the operation period from July 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020 would be at the rate of THB 0.3100 per unit, and the payment date will be on March 5, 2021. The Fund will determine the right of unitholders who are entitled to receiving dividend by closing the investment unit register book to suspend the transfers of investment units on November 13, 2020.
Prime Office Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund. The purpose of the Fund is to raise funds from unitholders to invest in properties and leasehold rights and utilize them for commercial benefit with indefinite expiration date. The Fund has invested in leasehold properties by purchasing and/or leasing land, buildings, equipment and utility systems of Ploenchit Center Building and UBC II Building. It also invests in Bangna Tower Project for the leasehold rights in land, certain parts of buildings and building systems for approximately 30 years, sub-leasehold rights of certain parts of land for approximately seven years and ownership in movable properties. The Fundâs management company is SCB Asset Management Company Limited. Its mutual fund supervisor is KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited. Its property managers include Erawan Commercial Management Company Limited, Bhiraj Management Company Limited and Teo Hong Silom Company Limited.
