Premier Marketing Public Company Limited Announces Board Changes; Announces Dividend Payment for the Year 2017, Payable on May 10, 2018

Premier Marketing Public Company Limited announced that at the board meeting held on Feb. 13, 2018, approved Mr. Vorathep Rangchaikul's resignation from Chairman of the Executive Committee of the company (but remain to be a director of the company) and approved to appoint Mr. Vichien Phongsathorn to be Chairman of the Executive Committee of the company in place of Mr. Vorathep Rangchaikul. These changes will be effective from March 1, 2018 onwards. The company also appointed Mrs. Duangthip Eamrungroj, Mr. Piya Smutkochorn, Mrs. Porntip Saowapak, Mr. Viphas Jiraphas, Mrs. Pensri Dettimgeng and Mrs. Walariat Pongjitt as members of the Executive Committee.
The board approved the dividend payment for the year 2017 at the rate of THB 0.45 per share. Approved to determine the name of the shareholders entitling to receive the proposed dividend on March 5, 2018 and the dividend payment date to be on May 10, 2018.
