Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. Ljubljana and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana (also the 'Company') announces the following:
On 30 December 2019, Mateja Živec, member of the Sava Re supervisory board, acquired 1.000 POSR shares for a total amount of EUR 18,200.00, representing 0.0058% of issued shares and 0.0065% of shares outstanding.
Prior to this transaction Mateja Živec did not hold POSR shares.
