Powerlogics Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A047310) acquired an additional 2.04% stake in Top Engineering Co. Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A065130) from KoFC Woori Growth Champ 2010 No.3 Private Equity Fund, managed by NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd., Asset Management Arm for KRW 1.7 billion in cash on June 18, 2015. Powerlogics acquired an additional 0.3 million shares at KRW 5600 per share and now holds 0.72 million shares in Top Engineering.

POWERLOGICS. CO., LTD. is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of electronic parts. The Company mainly provides three categories of products: protection circuit modules (PCMs), which are used to protect secondary batteries used in mobile phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs) and other mobile information technology (IT) equipment; smart modules (SMs), which are used to exhibit battery status, as well as camera modules (CMs).
