Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 3 (PECC3) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the provision of civil engineering services for the electricity sector. It is involved in the offering of bidding services, environment evaluation, geological surveying, planning and management of renewable energy projects and construction projects of power plants, wiring systems and transformer stations. In addition, it is involved in the provision of consulting, appraisal, designing and surveillance services for electrical structures and irrigational structures. The Company develops power plants as well. As of December 31, 2012, Electricity of Vietnam Corporation (EVN) held 48.78% stake in the Company. As of the same date, it had two branches and a representative office in Hanoi.
