For the nine months, total crude oil production was 181,730 Bbls against 198,116 Bbls a year ago. Total natural gas equivalent was 12,526 MMcfe against 13,288 MMcfe a year ago.

The company recorded an impairment of its oil and gas properties of $34.9 million in the third quarter.

At current NYMEX oil and natural gas forward prices, management expects to record between $20 million and $25 million of additional impairments to the carrying value of the company's oil and natural gas properties in the fourth quarter of 2015.
