Erbud Industry Centrum Sp.z o.o. signed a preliminary agreement to acquire certain assets from Polimex-Mostostal Spolka Akcyjna (WSE:PXM) for PLN 2.4 million in cash on December 2, 2014. Binding agreement will be signed by January 31, 2015.
