NOTICE OF APPEAL

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 62-1-11 (1993) and Rule 12-601 NMRA, Public Service Company of New Mexico ("PNM") appeals to the Supreme Court of the State of New Mexico from the Order Adopting Recommended Decision with Additions ("Order") issued by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission ("NMPRC") in NMPRC Case No. 19-00018-UT at its open meeting June 29, 2022. PNM takes this appeal against the NMPRC. A copy of the Order is attached hereto as Exhibit A. A copy of the Recommended Decision in Show Cause Proceeding is attached hereto as Exhibit B, as the Recommended Decision in Show Cause Proceeding underlies and is referenced in the Order.

This Notice of Appeal is timely filed within thirty days of the Order.
