RESIGNATION

OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF PLC S.P.A.

It is hereby announced that today, Mr. Michele Scoppio, due to strictly personal reasons, as well as in order to seize other professional opportunities, has resigned, with effect from 4 May 2022, from the office of Director, Chief Executive Officer and Director in charge of the internal control system of the company PLC S.p.A., as well as from the other offices held in the subsidiaries of the same PLC S.p.A.1.

In order to proceed with his replacement, the appropriate procedures shall be carried out with the competent bodies, in compliance with the provisions of the Articles of Association as well as any applicable laws and regulations.

In accordance with the remuneration policy as adopted by the Company, no indemnities or other benefits are envisaged as a result of termination of the office of Director of PLC S.p.A., without prejudice to the indemnities due to Mr. Scoppio "ex lege" as a manager of PLC System S.r.l., a company which is entirely controlled by PLC S.p.A..

Finally, it should be noted that as of today, Mr Scoppio holds 352,996 shares in PLC S.p.A..

PLC S.p.A. would like to thank Mr Scoppio for the remarkable work he has performed and the commitment demonstrated in the execution of his duties and in the various offices he has held, since 2014.
