This announcement is made by Platt Nera International Limited (the "Company") on a voluntary basis with regards to the Company's annual report for the financial year ended

31 December 2019 published on 7 April 2020 ("Annual Report"). Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Annual Report.

The Board would like to provide an update on the use of proceeds from Listing as set out in the table below.
